Before and After Views of Replacement of Roofing Felt and Batons Solving Wall and Ceiling Damp.

After receiving a complaint from the customer that the ceiling and wall was wet, this is what we found after stripping the roof. Poor quality felt had been used on a previous repair only a few years ago causing all the internal damage requiring frequent redecoration. (Continued Below)

We cut out all the rotten batons replacing them with tanalized ones. We also replaced the poor felt with modern perish free material which will probably never need to be replaced.

Needless to say the customer was highly delighted with the result, and even the house was warmer in winter. It also solved severe condensation problems.
