On Properties Which Have Had A Upvc Fascia Board Covering The Existing Wooden Fascia Board When The Felt Rots On The Bottom Lift Water From Underneath The Tiles Should Go Back Into The Gutters, But Instead It Soaks The Back Of The Wooden Fascia, The Water Is Locked In By The Upvc Cover Board Which Can't Evaporate Which Will Rot A Lot Quicker, WE DON'T DO COVER UP JOBS.
