After Removing The Old Felt Roof, We Fit 70mm Insulation Boards Between The Rafters, We Then Fit 18mm OSB 3 Boards Nailed Down With 65mm Galvanised Nails, We Add The Up-stands, Drips And Flashing Up-stands, We Then Lay 600grm Fiberglass Matting Together With Resin And Catalyst, Once The Resin Has Gone Hard We Apply The Top Coat, Then We Fit Replacement Fascia, Soffits, Gutters And Down Pipes, Please Note That All Replacement Flat Roofs On Your Main Buildings Require Building Regulations From Your Local Authority, They Will Charge You A Fee For The Building Inspector To Inspect The Work
